One of the goals we have at AdHack is helping new grads of advertising, design and art schools break into the advertising industry, or engage with the advertising industry on their own terms.

Last spring we visited some graduating design students and heard how hard it was to get a job in their chosen field. They had great portfolios but no experience. They’d hit the chicken-and-egg, experience-required problem.
